“Choose love”

“Love over fear”

These are those buzz phrases that you see everywhere.  But what does it mean?  How do you choose love?  And what can it mean for you?

For me, choosing love is a moment to moment practice.  Reacting with love and compassion.  Intentionally living from my heart, and ultimately not letting fear rule the way I live my life.  And you know what?  I am love.  And so are you.

As I have said before, and I will continue to say – this is YOUR beautiful life.  You need to interpret things your way.  But one thing I know for sure – you DESERVE love.

Do you try to choose love in every moment?  What does choosing love mean for you?

Love & Light,
Amelia xxx

    Hi Amelia,

You have such a beautiful soul – it shines through in all of your videos. I’m going through a really crappy time right now – my anxiety has flared up and every day is a struggle. Instead of showing myself love, I have been so angry at myself for being back in this place. This was a much-needed reminder to go gently and have faith that things will get better. Right now, fear is ruling my life but I so desperately want to get back to a place of love. For me, that would mean being joyful, being present, and being free.

I love this vlog Amelia! It is such an important thing for every one but it is hard to change your mind set from fear to love but so worth the patience. I am always telling my clients this but you put it in such a beautiful manner. Love your work xx
