nothing

I adore this quote.  Because Buddha is turning the tables and bringing it all back to YOU.  And on today’s video post, that’s exactly what I want to talk about.

There is so much out there.  Insightful, powerful, inspiring and empowering information that can leave you wanting to jump the gun and put it all into practice.  The problem is, that it’s really is easy to feel like you’re drowning in the process of trying to better yourself.

Life changes.  We grow, and we evolve.  Something may not necessarily work for you now, but it’ll be a handy little tool for later on in life.  As long as you stay true to you, apply the information you are seeking to what is going on for you in this very moment – you’re golden.

And it all starts with listening to yourself.  To your soul, and to your body.

Consider this your permission slip to ease off a little.  There’s no need to become overwhelmed and put it all into practice at once.  Just come back to this moment, and take what it is YOU need right now.

I’d love to know – do you get overwhelmed by the breadth of knowledge out there and find it all a little confusing?

Love & Light,
Amelia xx

Love this video Amelia, and you are so right! I think at the crux of it, sometimes we forget that personal development is an ongoing process, not a destination. The process itself involves a lot of information gathering, especially when you’re first opening your mind to all this newfound information. If you don’t question everything, as you said, it’s quite easy to wind up feeling rather overwhelmed and wondering who on earth you should listen to!
I so relate to this feeling, and my own mantra is to just keep moving forward, try new things and hear new ideas, take with me what works and leave behind what doesn’t.
You have a great week too beautiful xx
