About Me

Welcome, beautiful soul.  I’m so glad you’re here.  You’re ready to choose growth over stagnation, and I want to guide you to not only expand and thrive, but truly shine!

But let’s start from the beginning shall we?  My name is Amelia Williams.  I’m a heart-driven coach, writer, speaker, mum, wife, spirit junkie and truth-seeker.  I guide curious and passionate women to intuitively rediscover the beauty and brilliance that has always been inside them.  Through overcoming self-doubt, embracing vulnerability and trusting in who they are, I support my clients to find freedom in their fears, ease their way to empowered healing and consciously live a life they love and deserve.

Amelia Williams

I’m all about living life with passion and purpose.  Letting my vulnerability guide me to a life that is is RADICAL, CONNECTED, JOYOUS, EXCITING and LUMINOUS.

I choose LOVE over FEAR.

It hasn’t always been this way…
Not too long ago, I was the girl who didn’t want the party to end.  Hiding behind many a mask, I was a desperately insecure and lost young girl who was seeking approval, validation and love.

I was living life on auto pilot.  Weeks and months flew past as I sat in an unfulfilling job and lived for the weekends.  My only exercise was my weekend dance session. Healthy eating meant ordering salad on my kebab at 5am.  Making myself sick after a heavy meal was considered normal.  And the negative self-talk was at an all time high.

I had nothing nice to say about myself.

Feeling trapped in the misery of my own making, I tried to seek solace in being social.  But the more I tried to “fit in” and the more I tried to please everyone else; the further I pulled away from my true self.

The opinions of those around me became my kryptonite.  I did things that I thought would make others happy.  I would go against my all my values if it meant a hit of instant gratification.

Don’t get me wrong – there were some pretty darn spectacular times in there too.  Backpacking through Europe, getting my groove on at Festivals all over the world, dancing and giggling all night with friends, living in London for the best part of 3 years.

Yet deep down, I knew there was more.  I knew I could BE more.

Through divine timing, I met my now husband (thank you Universe!).  Life became a whole lot sweeter.  After a whirlwind love affair (some say our love story should be made into a movie!) we welcomed our beautiful baby girl into the world, and it was in that moment that I realised in actual fact, the party had only just begun.

Family NEW

Motherhood has been my greatest teacher.  My children have taught me to be patient, present, playful, spontaneous and to trust in myself.  In their eyes, I am everything I need to be, and it is through that realisation that I decided to dive head first into the world of wellness and get to know myself – without the bravado, the masks and the labels.

Busting through my fears now lights a fire in my belly.  Truth seeking has become my lifeblood.  Living a life of authentic contradiction makes me happy.  And thanks to an unwavering desire to get my hands dirty and “do the work”, I have come home to the person I was always meant to be.

I still ask a lot of questions (I say yes to being curious!).  I believe in who I am.  I use any self-doubt as a sign that I’m on the right track.  I TRUST in my intuition, in who I am, where I am going, and what will happen next.

I look in the mirror and smile with gratitude and love.  I have meaningful relationships with family and friends and feel settled and content with my place in the world.

I feed my body with food that makes me feel vibrant.  I lovingly move my body daily and I listen to what it tells me. Food and exercise is now about nourishment and love, and no longer about fear and a fantasy body.

I love with everything I have, and not a day goes by that I am not grateful for my journey, the lessons and that I can now add value to the world by serving others, simply by living my purpose.  I still have to pinch myself that this is now my “work“.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – C.G. Jung

Laughing with my children.  Cuddles with my man.  Losing myself in a good book.  Feeling my bare feet on the earth.  A long, stretchy + strong yoga session.  Essential Oils.  Travelling the world and around my own front door.  Kale chips.  Long lunches.  Raw desserts.  Hearing the sound of the ocean and feeling the sand between my toes.  Sunsets + sunrises.  The warm sun on my skin… Ok, I love anything in nature.  Drinking bubbles with my girlfriends.  Moving my body with ease.  Exploring the world of astrology and all things metaphysical.  Writing.  Creating.  Filling my online shopping basket with goodies, and then walking away from the computer (I’m not the only one who does that right?!).  Singing my heart out to my favourite tunes.  Trashy tv (hello Kardashians + the Bachelor!).  Weekend family dance sessions.  Almond milk chai lattes.  Reiki.  Soul-filled chats with my besties.  Cooking with love.  Crystals + oracle cards.  Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude!

+  in embracing the gift it is to be you

+  that self exploration is a powerful thing
+  that life is open to interpretation
+  that fear can actually guide us to our dreams
+  that we all heal and grow in our own unique way
+  that we need to acknowledge the stirrings of our soul
+  in shining a light on the darkness
+  in gratitude and awareness
+  in the power and privilege of vulnerability
+  that self-love and self-care is your birthright

I believe in you.

I’m SO grateful that you’re here. xx

  8. Hello Amelia! Congratulations on your brand new website, it looks fabulous and the pictures of you and your family are amazing. You’ve nailed it 🙂 I always love to see who the “real” person is behind a business as it takes courage to put yourself out there doesn’t it?! I used to be a “Spook” with Austen and it’s lovely to see you all so happy together. The best of luck with this new chapter for Nurture and Shine…. although I don’t think you’ll need any luck at all!! Mel oxo
