Hi gorgeous!

I’ve been a little quiet over here this week, but just thought I’d check in and say hi.  Plus I wanted to share with you something that really spoke to me during my studies this week.

Do you feel like you’re still in the “dieting mindset”?  What are your thoughts on the word diet?  I’d love to hear your stories!

Sending you lots of love and shining light. xxx

  1. That’s the thing that really bugs me – diet should just mean the food you eat, but people only understand it as a restriction on types of and/or quantity of food for the express purpose of losing weight. When did that happen? Eating for wellness is so empowering, I’m just loving it!

It’s so great you’ve had an inspiring week, it’s great you’re feeling connected to the IIN course!

    1. EXACTLY! Diet literally means what you eat…but the meaning has been twisted by the weightloss industry. The vicious cycle needs to stop.

  6. Thanks so much for posting this vid, just what I needed to hear. Your self love talk has really got me thinking about my inner dialogue & how hard I push to be the right size. So now, thanks to this blog, I’m going to repeat over & over until I’ve got it to love myself & nurture/nourish myself. Big truths here. xx
