Sometimes, we can’t do it all ourselves.

We need support.  We need deeper healing.  We need people in our corner who have our back, who give us space to heal + who help us be the best that we can be.

We may just need to laugh.  We may need to unload.  We may need assistance in a cleanse or to let go of that which no longer serves us.

We need “our people”.

Today I want to talk about finding that spiritual cheer squad.

Beautiful, remember to go gently.  Play.  Experiment with new healing modalities.  Hang out where you think your tribe likes to hang out.

Trust.  Your tribe is out there.  Those holistic healers are waiting to present themselves to you.

As promised, for those of you who are in Melbourne, these are the healers on my dream team…
+ Reiki – My master, my friend – Sara Brooke. This woman is just the most wonderful soul.  And if you aren’t in Melbourne, Sara’s distant hearings are just as powerful.
Kinesiology – I think Mel Farrugia + Kerry Rowett are incredible at what they do.
Accupuncture Danielle Kinsela is my go-to TCM gal.
+ NaturopathyJacqui Howson is my magic natural medicine woman.

Surround yourself with the best, beautiful.  You deserve it.

Do you have a spiritual cheer squad around you?

With love + light,
Amelia xx

  1. Hi lovely!
I think I might actually have found mine! I have a wonderful, loving and supportive family, my wonderful husband and precious baby, I have 5 wonderful girlfriends who are all not friends with each other but are close friends with me and I can turn to each one for different things, and I have a lovely doctor and chiropractor. Xx

  2. Loved this Amelia. I am in the process of finding my spiritual cheer squad.

Thank you so much for the recommendations! In the middle of the year I am moving back to Melbourne, well to the Peninsula specifically and I recently said to my boyfriend that I wanted to find a naturopath on the Peninsula so thank you!
