“Nurturing Me, Nurturing You” is a series of interviews with the women who inspire me to inspire you.
These are the women I draw inspiration from, the women who are out there shining their light on the world and the teachers who empower me (and you) with their words each and every day. They are all trailblazers in their own way and I am so grateful to have them here at this space.
When I think of the word trailblazer, I think of this beauty. Adele McConnell (otherwise known as Vegie Head) is a women bringing incredibly delicious and nutritious vegan food to the world, all in a totally down to earth and non-judgemental way. Adele’s recipes have totally reinvented the way people think of plant-based food. This girl knows her stuff and I truly believe she is going to change the world!
Not only is she a chef, author (she has written 4 e-books, has another one coming in a matter of weeks and her first published book will be out early next year!), speaker, coach and expert on all things plant-based food… but she’s one of the sweetest and funniest girls I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Adele has this incredible way of making you feel immediately comfortable in her presence. You can’t help but fall in love with her as soon as you meet her!
I’ve done some coaching with Adele (her unique coaching style is AMAZING and I highly recommend it!), and more recently we completed both our Reiki certificates together. I’m blessed to count her as a friend. She is one special soul.
