Have you ever felt pressured to be strict with one way of eating, even when your body was telling you otherwise?  Have you felt the pull to break away from the “rules” of a particular way of eating?

Oh how this topic fires me up!  This is a video that I have been chomping at the bit to post.  And due to the amount of messages and emails I get from gorgeous souls who are confused about what they should be eating, and the way they should be eating it, I’m guessing this one is going to resonate with a lot of you…

Your body

In the video, I chat about:

♥  Why it’s so important to listen to your body
♥  Why the way you eat can constantly change
♥  I give you a big old permission slip to say “NO” to labels

Take a look…

I feel like I need to say it one more time… Beautiful, please do not feel pressured to box yourself into one way of eating, if your body is telling you otherwise.  Only YOU know what works for you.

Have fun with food.  Experiment.  EnJOY the process!  And definitely check out my gorgeous friend Claire’s ebook “She is Radiant” – if you’re ready to free yourself from negative eating habits (as well as cook up some delicious food!), this is your go-to guide.

Let’s free ourselves from these labels once and for all.

Beaming you love & light,
Amelia xx

  1. I just love this post Amelia! I get clients labelling the way they eat all the time and I’m always saying “every body is different”. We need to not take food so seriously and enjoy all the different ways of eating. I know I am definitely doing this, I love raw desserts, I enjoy paleo food, I have cut right back on refined sugar and I eat organic when I can. Thanks for your beautiful words, as always xxxx

  2. No better words could have been spoken. I have been fighting with the same issue for months now, trying to define that I am not willing to fit into a box as I am willing to be flexible with my eating pattern. Thanks for sharing! xx

  3. Great video Amelia! I love it. I have always been against labels as I feel like it can restrict us to a certain category.
    Thanks for sharing! 🙂 x
